For many years, I have served as an investigator and senior investigator, conducting investigations into serious and especially serious crimes, gaining extensive experience in this field. As a result, this experience has enabled me to understand how accusations are built and to see the smallest details of a case. Now, I use that knowledge and experience on the defense side. My main field of activity is criminal law. Considering my long-term work in investigative bodies, my primary specialization is criminal law.
Thus, in criminal cases of all categories, I am engaged in the defense of the rights of individuals accused of committing serious and especially serious crimes during the preliminary investigation and court proceedings. In addition, I also provide corporate services to companies and legal support in administrative matters.
“Everyone is equal before the law, and justice — however late — delivers its verdict.”
I join the defense from the very first minutes of the investigation. I attend interrogations, monitor procedural rights, and take the steps needed to stabilize the person's legal position.
The first 30-minute introductory meeting is free. Its purpose is to understand the matter and share a possible roadmap.
The fee is determined based on the type, complexity, and estimated duration of the case and is provided in writing before the contract is signed.
I provide ongoing or project-based support in legal review of documents, contract drafting, risk assessment, and setting up internal legal procedures.
A dedicated communication channel is opened for each client. All important updates are shared in both written and verbal form.
